Installation planning is formed by the following phases:

1. In the first place, an evaluation of photo studies and elements provided by the Client enclosed to the offer request. This is to know if we have enough elements to perform a complete installation study and then, a clear and essential offer. If elements are not enough, then we will need to ask the Client for further drawings and information, or do that by ourselves when possible, by ways of an "in situ" inspection and observation of all elements we consider indispensable.

2. Detailed study of the installation so as to determine all the necessary active lines to guarantee an integral electrostatic system, the main interconnections roaming and the feeding circuit of electrostatic impulses from the generator of impulses.

The project is aimed at precisely determining the following elements:

  • a) Installation` s general physiognomy.
  • b) detailed description o all architectural elements on which we pretend to install the protective electrostatic lines. This description will be the same as indicated in the offer, and the same to be followed by our operators during the installation phase.
  • c) Determination of the elementary lines composing each of the aforementioned electrostatic lines.
This element is essential for a detailed description of the system structure to be applied, and as a project to be followed by our installers.
  • d)The position relative to the installation of impulses generators and the roaming of the electrostatic line between generators and installation, will be mainly defined in the phase of technical agreements after the order acquisition between the responsibles for the Client and our Technicians.
  • e) The definition of executive mini- details - very much related to the shape of architectural elements -, has to be put in the hands of our experienced specialized operator who is in charge of putting our project into practice in the place, with the necessary capacity and experience.
  • f) The installation is carefully controlled sector by sector, weld by weld, and then it is successively tested in every sector and then as a whole, to verify its correct functioning. The tension test is also performed in this phase, by putting the system under tension peaks of 15.000 volts for hours, in order to find out the capacity of preserving the isolation between the conductors and in relation to the mass.
  • g) Once the installation is ready, tested and approved, the technical staff continues with both, the general and the detailed projects, so that every information acquired during the executive phase are filled in forming a technical file; plus all other information of the installations tests, the topographic drawing with the generators location, and the distribution of probable electrostatic circuits which are separate and sectional.
The aforementioned technical file is sent to the Client as a documentation relative to the electrostatic installation performed.
